New Enrolment Certificate Number under Maharashtra Profession Tax Act, 1975 [As per Department of Sales Tax Website] As on 1st April 2011       Your Mobile Number    [ Enter 10-Digit mobile Number without prefix 91 or +91 etc. ]  [ Enter correct mobile Number as the NEW PT EC No. will be send by SMS ]  [ Ensure that your mobile Number is not registered for DND ]            MPT Old EC No. PT/E/  [ Enter old EC Number without prefix PT/E/ e.g. enter 2/3/4/5678 only ] OR [ Enter the new computerised 14 digit EC No. e.g.12345678901234, if available ]          POINTS TO REMEMBER :  1 : Enter old PT EC No with "/" or 14-Digit Numeric Number.  2 : Ensure that the number should start in the following format-         (1-digit) followed by "/" again followed by (1-digit) and "/" e.g. 1/2/........  3 : Ensure that the first digit will only consist numbers 1 to 4.  4 : If digits between two "/" has 0 [zero] as prefix, remove zero e.g.         If number is 2/06/10/01204, enter number as 2/6/10/1204.  5 : Use only round brackets "( )", if required, used in the old PT EC No.  6 : Digits or alphabets between "( )" can only be before last "/" e.g.         Number can be 2/6/2(a)/1204 but NOT 2/6/2(a)/18/1204.  7 : If the old PT EC No. consists more than one "( )", enter only first one e.g.        If number is 2/6/10(A)(b)/1204, enter number as 2/6/10(A)/1204.
